Disable automatic restart on system failure in windows XP

Recently I ran across a computer that was restarting before I could read the error message on the blue screen of death (BSOD). To disable auto-restart simply press F8 on startup (press it a bunch of times) and select the option "Disable automatic restart on system failure". Now the sytem will halt on the BSOD so you can read the error message.
